Martha, the Border Collie, was shot and killed by a PA Deputy Fish and Boat Commission volunteer while swimming in Coyler Lake. |

Dear Friends,
Over a year ago I was involved in a tragedy.
An event so horrendous that the story was taken by many of my dog compatriots
and made known literally nationwide.
My dog, Martha, was shot by a PA Deputy Fish and
Boat Commission volunteer. A complete account of my experience can
be found here.
I received support from many many people in the form of email acknowledements
(forwarded to me, for at the time last summer I didn't have email, now
I do), cards, letters, and donations. I was and am still overwhelmed
by this show of support and sympathy. This is one small way I feel
I can show my appreciation and update you all. For although my civil
case is far from resolved, I can now make public some facts that took over
a year to uncover as the PA Fish and Boat Commission took great strides
in trying to hush me up and hide the truth. I feel everyone has a
right to know what has been going on and how I feel determined in my fight
to hold the PA Fish and Boat Commission accountable for the past and the
future.
You response to me and the PA
Fish and Boat Commission is invited. Thank you for your concern!
Please feel free to pass this information on as you see fit.
